Yellow pages reverse lookup6/13/2023 ![]() ![]() If you remember calling 411 (Directory Assistance), you provided the full name and city for someone, and the operator (later replaced by a robot) gave you the phone numbers it had for that information. Historically, names and addresses for land lines were always available. Let’s distinguish between a land line (the telephone that is hard wired in your house by the telephone company, if you still have one), VOIP (telephones that use internet technology, such as those provided by your cable provider or a company like Vonage) and Cell/Mobile phone numbers. This is a tough question to answer, because it really depends on what type of phone we are talking about. We gave it its own section: Where does this Data Come from Anyway? The second part, the information about the name and address behind the phone number, is more complex. If you want to learn more about how phone numbers in the US and Canada work, we suggest you read Wikipedia’s entry on the North American Numbering Plan. If you’re curious to test this out, you can use the free NPA-NXX search tool provided by Local Calling Guide.

Low mpv symptoms6/13/2023 ![]() ![]() Thrombocytopenia, platelet secretion, and interactions with leukocytes may have either injurious or protective immune consequences in viral infections. The interactions between endothelial cells, platelets, and leukocytes play a critical role in the procoagulant effect of viral infections. Platelets also appear to play a role in recruiting and activating circulating leukocytes to the endothelial surface, leading to white blood cell diapedesis. Platelets and their released products have been variably reported to suppress viral infection and support virus persistence, depending on the particular infection. While platelets are capable of engulfing and aggregating pathogens, their microbial killing potential is limited. Platelets interact directly with viruses via a variety of receptors, including Toll-like receptors. By combining thrombotic and immune recruitment functions, platelets may help focus hemostasis and immune responses against potential infectious agents to prevent microbial invasion. Platelets play an important role in inflammatory signaling as well as in infectious response. Three stages of COVID-19-associated coagulopathy have been proposed: stage 1 showing elevated D-dimer, stage 2 showing elevated D-dimer together with mildly prolonged PT/INR and aPTT and mild thrombocytopenia, and stage 3 with critical illness and laboratory studies progressing towards classic DIC. COVID-19-associated coagulopathy is the term used to describe this spectrum of coagulation changes. ![]() Unlike the pattern seen in classic DIC from bacterial sepsis or trauma, in COVID-19 prolongation of the aPTT and/or PT is minimal, thrombocytopenia is mild (a platelet count of 100–150 ×10 9/L), hypofibrinogenemia is rare, and laboratory results supporting hyperfibrinolysis are uncommon. However, D-dimer levels are elevated far out of proportion to any abnormalities detected in the PT/INR, aPTT, fibrinogen level, or platelet count these findings are unusual for DIC, as defined by the criteria of the International Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis (ISTH). In more severely affected patients, a disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC)-like state can develop with relatively mild prolongation of the PT and aPTT (while fibrinogen tends to remain normal/elevated). The shortened aPTT is often related to elevated Factor VIII (FVIII) as an acute-phase response. A subset of COVID-19 patients can have abnormally short PT and aPTT. Elevated D-dimer has been associated with a higher mortality rate. Patients with COVID-19 pneumonia exhibit coagulation abnormalities, most commonly elevated levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer, often with mild thrombocytopenia. The rate of ischemic stroke and acute coronary syndrome was 2.5 and 1.1%, respectively. In one Italian COVID-19 study, the incidence of VTE (despite thromboprophylaxis) was 27.6% in the ICU and 6.6% in the general ward. The incidence of venous and possibly arterial thrombosis remains high in COVID-19 patients despite administering standard thromboprophylaxis. (69%) due to active ultrasound surveillance for deep-vein thrombosis (DVT). The incidence of thrombotic complications is 16–69% in patients with COVID-19 admitted to intensive care the incidence was highest in Llitjos et al. There is a high incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in hospitalized COVID-19 patients, particularly those with severe illness. Severe pulmonary inflammation causes activation and damage of the pulmonary vasculature and may trigger pulmonary thrombosis early in the disease course. COVID-19 causes a spectrum of disease, with frequent involvement of the hemostatic system. The lungs of patients with COVID-19 show extensive alveolar and interstitial inflammation. ![]() SARS-CoV-2 causes lung inflammation which progresses to cytokine storm in the most severe cases. Here, we review the current state of knowledge of COVID-19 and hemostasis. Disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC) and severe bleeding events are uncommon in COVID-19 patients. COVID-19 patients often have mild thrombocytopenia and appear to have increased platelet consumption, together with a corresponding increase in platelet production. COVID-19 also leads to arterial thrombotic events (including strokes and ischemic limbs) as well as microvascular thrombotic disorders (as frequently documented at autopsy in the pulmonary vascular beds). The degree of D-dimer elevation positively correlates with mortality in COVID-19 patients. This is associated with systemic hypercoagulability and frequent venous thromboembolic events. Initially, COVID-19 infection produces a prominent elevation of fibrinogen and D-dimer/fibrin(ogen) degradation products. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) causes a spectrum of disease some patients develop a severe proinflammatory state which can be associated with a unique coagulopathy and procoagulant endothelial phenotype. ![]()

John piper sermons thessa6/13/2023 ![]() ![]() But how should the pastors go about doing this? Pastoral qualifications are primarily character based, with one gift excepted (that of teaching). This text takes for granted the fact that elders made elders. Timothy, as seen in the Pastoral Epistles, was actively engaged in this work of discipleship. In this context, Christian leaders like Paul and Timothy trained pastors informally during the rigors of ministry, or no one did. The first thing is to recognize that this is a command to pastors there was no institutionalized training available for Christian leaders as the apostles busied themselves, preaching daily from house to house and engrossing themselves in ministry. ![]() Without the grace of God operating in the minister, he will lack the strength necessary to fulfill all subsequent commands presented in this section.īut how do we entrust these things, the content of the gospel message and direct implications of living consistently with that message, to faithful men? First Things First The minister must constantly be strengthened by the grace of Christ. With these things being identified as the words which Timothy has heard concerning the gospel in Paul’s presence (2:8), the section begins with an imperative to Timothy to be strengthened ( present passive imperative), by the grace which is in Christ Jesus. 2:1-2 to “entrust these things to faithful men”? Chapter 2 begins with a series of imperatives to conduct this ministry through the grace of God, and entrusting this ministry to faithful men.Īssuming that this command is normative for pastors today, the question becomes how can pastors fulfill the clear command given to Timothy in 2 Tim. ![]() The book of 2 Timothy self attests to being written by the Apostle Paul at the end of his life to encourage Timothy to continue Gospel ministry in the face of hardship by joining fearlessly in Paul’s suffering (1 Tim 1:1-18). ![]()

Best way to send bulk email6/13/2023 ![]() ![]() Yes, non-personalization may even cause all your emails to land under “Promotions” or “Other” tabs resulting in lower clicking rates. Or, you might not know alternative methods of sending bulk emails with a Gmail account that will not end up in spam folders! It could be that your emails lack personalization. ![]() If you need anything else just let me know, thanks.Well, you may be struggling to reach your targeted audience by sending mass emails in Gmail. Its a good idea to check that your ISP will allow this sending mode also. Select “Bulk”, then enter the Number of Recipients per message and the text that you want to appear in the To Field. Then from the Address Type you can select either “Personalized” or “Bulk” here. Then, on the “Prepare to Send” screen click the button marked beside the ‘Address To’ Field. Honor: To use Bulk Send Mode in GroupMail, prepare your message for delivery as usual and click “Send” when ready. ![]() Tom: How do I use Bulk Send Mode if I want to test it out? Also, some mail servers tend to treat bulk sent messages as spam and may filter them or place them in a junk folder. Honor: Yes, you can’t personalize the message in any way using the Merge Fields. You can only use this sending mode when using the Standard Delivery Option, it is not supported in any of the other delivery options, such as Direct Send Mode. The other advantage is that if your ISP limits the number of messages you can send per day, then using the Bulk Send Mode can help here, for example if they limit you to 100 messages and you send 100 messages using the Bulk Send Mode with 10 recipients per message this is in fact 1,000 messages you are actually sending. Although this results in less personalized messages, as everyone sees the same text, it definitely speeds up email sending. Using the example above, 10 messages are relayed by my mail server for every 1 message that I send. Honor: The biggest advantage of using Bulk Send mode is that it simply lets you send email much faster. Tom: What are the benefits of sending with bulk send mode? which is not available with the Bulk Send Mode. These messages can be personalized using the Merge Fields, for example ‘Dear First Name’ etc. The default is 10 recipients per message and 100 is the maximum number of recipients per message. With Personalized Send Mode, GroupMail sends an individual message for each recipient in your Group. This basically means that for every 1 message sent from GroupMail it will go to 10 recipients. For this example lets enter 10 recipients per message. Honor: Bulk Sending or BCC’ing only ever sends one message to your SMTP server and then it sends the list of addresses to distribute the message to. I’ve read about Bulk Sending, but I’m not really sure about how it differs from Personalized Sending. I’ve had a few calls recently from customers looking to turbo-charge their email delivery with GroupMail. I asked Honor from GroupMail support a few questions about how to send email faster with bulk sending in GroupMail. One way to send email faster it to use Bulk Sending instead of Personlized Sending. Sending mass email to large lists of recipients takes time, especially when you’re dealing with standard send modes. Some GroupMail customers have a need for speed. ![]()
